Holistic Counseling
An integrative approach addressing mind, body, and spirit to promote overall well-being and harmony in your life. Eliza’s therapeutic interventions include options for talk therapy, somatic or body based therapies and creative interventions. Eliza welcomes all the pieces of you that make you who you are!
Individual Counseling
Eliza offers personalized 50 minute therapy sessions tailored to your unique needs, helping you navigate life’s challenges and achieve personal growth. Sessions can take place in person or via Telehealth, whichever is more comfortable or convenient for you. Eliza has two offices to help make in-person sessions more easily accessible.
Relationship Counseling
Strengthen your bond and improve communication through specialized therapy designed for couples and partners. Eliza offers counseling for partners, dyads and triads or counseling to discuss your relationship in more depth. Counseling sessions for folks in relationships are 60 minutes and use attachment theory.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a powerful therapy for trauma and anxiety that helps reprocess distressing memories and reduce their impact on your daily life. This evidence based intervention might be right for you if regular talk therapy just is not working, or you’d like to address issues that feel too hard to verbally process.
Expressive Arts Therapy
Unlock your creative potential and explore your emotions through art, music, and movement in therapeutic sessions. The creative process (not the product) allows us to build connections and process in a unique way. Eliza offers EXA (expressive arts) interventions but these can also be requested.
Group Counseling
Counseling in small groups designed to support and facilitate relationships and collective healing. Groups offered on an intermittent basis. Check out the blog for more updates on group offerings.
